1. Eligibility and Accounts

  • You are responsible for account credentials and all activity under your account.
  • You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

2. Acceptable Use

  • Use ReportFlow only for lawful business purposes.
  • Do not attempt to access systems or data that you are not authorized to access.
  • Do not upload malicious code, abuse APIs, or interfere with service availability.
  • You are responsible for ensuring uploaded content does not violate third-party rights.

3. Input, Output, and Client Deliverables

  • You retain ownership of the information you upload to ReportFlow.
  • You are responsible for reviewing generated report content before sharing it with clients or third parties.
  • ReportFlow uses AI-assisted processing and output may contain inaccuracies. Professional review is required before business use.

4. Billing and Subscriptions

  • Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring subscription basis.
  • Plan limits (such as generation and export usage) reset according to your billing cycle.
  • Fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or downgrade of features.

5. Intellectual Property

  • ReportFlow and its software, branding, and platform design remain our property.
  • We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service while your account is active and in good standing.

6. Termination

You may stop using ReportFlow at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or if required to protect the service, users, or legal obligations.

7. Disclaimers

ReportFlow is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReportFlow is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of ReportFlow after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
